At Tiny Threads Co, we take pride in offering timeless and high-quality kids clothing. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy:
🔍 Faulty Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly offer a replacement. However, please note that our stock is limited, and in some cases, we may be unable to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the damaged item only. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. Please be aware that we cannot accept replacement or refund requests beyond this 14-day period from the date of purchase.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been improperly washed or cared for, as per our clothing label instructions.
🚫 No Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than receiving a faulty item. We encourage you to refer to our models sizing and your usual sizing carefully before making a purchase. We also encourage you to wash your items as per the washing instructions.
